I tune into your spirit guides, guardian angels and loved ones that wish to communicate with you. Your guides and loved ones may wish to advise you on your present or future circumstances, pass on messages of love, and validate that they are 'alive and well' and still with you in the spirit form. I am not in charge of who comes to communicate with you, but ensure to describe who is with you, helping to guide you on your journey. I get shown these messages through a picture form, which is much like watching a film.

I then work with the mind, body and aura helping remove and unblock the areas that have held you back in the past, cleansing the aura and helping to set you free and gain contentment in your life. Throughout a Reiki and energy healing session I perform intuitive healing on your body. I work with my healing guides, sensing and feeling hot spots on your body, as they guide me to the areas that need healing. I then send energy into those areas of the body to assist in the healing of the mind, body and spirit.
